Welcome to the City of Manhattan’s Parking Permit System!


Please login or register to begin.

If you require assistance applying for a permit, please contact us at (785) 340-3413. You may also visit the Parking Office located in the Aggieville Garage at 1318 Laramie Street, Suite 150. Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Permit applications are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days.

Aggieville Garage Permits and Reserved Parking
These permits are for the Aggieville Garage only. You will not be issued a physical permit. Your permit will be virtual – meaning your license plate is the permit. Enforcement is conducted using LPR, or License Plate Recognition, technology.

All license plates must face the drive isle while parked in the Aggieville Garage.

The City does not guarantee parking availability and reserves the right to close or restrict portions of all parking in the garage for maintenance, promotional events, or other reasons as determined by the Parking Services Manager.

Fuchsia Zone and On-Street Permits
Please register for your permit through the portal. Once the application has been approved and payment has been made, your permit will be available for pick up at the Parking Office after 1:00 pm the next business day. You may also stop by the parking office during normal business hours for assistance.
